Tech Support Agent

We Have:

  • Handle Tickets, Chats, Phone for clients that purchase different software.
  • Participate in a global Team environment.
  • Work in platforms like MAC, Windows, Android, IOS Devices to provide troubleshooting.
  • Provide Technical support on a different type of software: video software, audio software, business software, computer utilities, graphics software, dictation software, home design software, animation software, and others.
  • Schedule 8 am – 5 pm (Monday to Friday).

You Have:

  • 3+ year of Tech Support experience.
  • High level of English skills, verbal and written.
  • High School Diploma.
  • You must possess good knowledge of Windows, MAC, as well as, Mobile Devices.
  • High level of English (C1).


  • WFH (5 days).
