- 60+ different programs running in Android, IOS, MAC and Windows environments.
- Queue of tickets related to Audio editing, Video editing, Business, Utilities, Graphics, Streaming, VOIP, Musician and 3D Modeling type of software.
- Distributed team environment in CR, US, India, Philippines and others.
- Relaxed, High Tech and Family Environment (Not a call center).
- Schedule Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM.
- Stable and long-term account.
- 3+ years of experience in Tech Support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (B2+)
- Familiar with software troubleshooting.
- Experience with Windows, MAC environments.
- Experience with Mobile (Android/IOS) environments.
- Great Customer services skills.
- Patient and professional person.
